Instructions

There are a total of 10 lessons in this course.  Each lesson consists of 3 sections: Introduction, Instruction, and Practice.

In the Introduction sections, links are given which bring you to websites that give a basic, but detailed, overview of the particular topic.

The Instruction section contains links which provide much more detail about the topic.  In most cases, there will be concepts discussed in the Instruction section with the assumption that you have already gone through the Introduction materials.

Finally, in the Practice section there are links to websites which provide interactive drills and quizzes which are essential for complete understanding of these topics.

In order to get the most out of this online training, you MUST do everything that is required in each lesson.  I suggest taking about 3 or 4 days to do each lesson.  That means reading all of the Introduction material as well as all of the Instruction material on the first day, then drilling with the Practice material for the next 3 days or so.  Some lessons will require more of your time than others, and you may have to adjust to your particular strengths and weaknesses.

Good luck, and work hard!

Sincerely,

Dr. O'Grady
